3rd Annual Room of Horrors - Interprofessional Student event at QJBC

Hello Everyone,

For the third year in a row, QJBC is excited to inform you that in celebration of Canadian Patient Safety Week, we will be running our interprofessional "Room of Horrors" event. 

The event will take place on Thursday November 1st 2012 and will run between the hours of 4:30-7:30 (Please note, this will only take students 30 minutes). This event is open to students in all years from Nursing, Medicine, Rehabilitation disciplines, and pharmacy residents and staff. 

The inter-professional teams will collaborate to identify potential adverse events in the Faculty of Health Sciences Patient Simulation Lab. The purpose is to increase students' awareness of patient and provider safety in an effort to build a safer health system for Canadians.

Last year was a great turnout and we are hoping for the same this year!
