  • Oct 15  - Pumpkin Carving: 7:00-8:00 on Zoom

  • Jan 22 - Yoga from 4:30-5:30pm in the JDUC
  • Jan 29 - Bell Let's Talk coffee and treats in basement Botterell (all day)
  • Mental health week (Feb 10-14)
    • Feb 10 Yoga time: 5:00-6:00 pm, Wallace Hall, JDUC
    • Feb 11 CBI guest speaker re trauma/PTSD: 4:30pm, Botterell B150
    • Feb 12 Stress busters handed out in class.
    •  Break (fast) the Stigma location: Botterell cafeteria - March 9, 9:00 am to 9:30 am 

Warm & Fuzzies - March 2020 ​

OT students in year 2 had the opportunity to send anonymous notes of positivity to fellow classmates. A great way to make someone feel 'warm and fuzzy' especially during a stressful time!
