As the president, my role is to oversee the Rehabilitation Society responsibilities, represent the Society within the Queen's community and liaise with the faculty.

The VP External's role is to support other council members who are involved in projects external to the school of rehabilitation. I also represent the rehabilitation council around Queen's and in the larger Kingston community.

Secretary - Carly Ververs (OT)
As Secretary, I sit on both the Executive Council and General Rehab Council. I am responsible to attend all meeting and take minutes of all proceedings. I am also responsible to make up the agenda for meetings, keep files and documents up-to-date, organize the Rehab Notice Board, and run council elections in the Spring.

VP OT - Caitlin De Smit
As VP Internal my main role is to get the rehabilitation therapy programs involved in the Queen's community as well as support all of the rehab council members in fulfilling their perspective roles. In addition I am responsible for helping coordinate the Winter Adapted Games here at Queen’s. I am excited to help the rehab programs get the most out of their Queen’s experience!

Treasurer - Charlie Sutton (PT)
The role of treasurer is to manage the council's finances, approve proposed budgets and ensure the councils funds are being used to provide rehab students with desired activities and events. In addition provide financial counsel to the orientation committee.

Speaker - Shoshana Stein (OT)
The role of speaker is to facilitate all council meetings, as well as maintain decorum and rules of order. The speaker also chairs the awards committee, and assists in running the nomination/selection process various awards.

OT Professional Reps - Emma Scholefield & Juliana Garrone
Our position involves acting as a liaison between occupational therapy (OT) professional organizations (COTO, CAOT, OSOT) and the student body. As OT professional representatives we will work to promote OT at Queen's University, connect students to professional events and conferences (arrange discounted prices for students to attend) , and will coordinate a Rehab Career Fair in Feb 2014. We look forward to creating an open dialogue, sharing information about occupational therapy as it relates to you and your interests, and finding further opportunities for professional development.
